Welcome to Wantedrobe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wantedrobe platform, website and related services ("Platform"). By creating an account or using Wantedrobe, you agree to these Terms.
Wantedrobe is an online marketplace that connects people looking for specific fashion items ("Wanters") with independent sellers and Fashion Sourcers who can locate and offer those items.
Wantedrobe is a marketplace only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Wantedrobe is not the buyer, seller, owner or authenticator of items listed on the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal capacity required in your country, to use Wantedrobe.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the accuracy of the information you provide.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Wanters may publish requests describing the fashion items they are looking for.
Users should provide accurate descriptions, sizes, brands, colours and any other relevant information to help Fashion Sourcers locate the correct item.
Fashion Sourcers are independent users of the Platform.

When a Wanter accepts an offer, a binding transaction is created between the Wanter and the Fashion Sourcer or seller.
Wantedrobe facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the sale.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
Wantedrobe may charge platform fees, which will be displayed before checkout.
Fashion Sourcers are responsible for shipping purchased items within the agreed timeframe and providing tracking information where applicable.
Returns are accepted only where an item is significantly different from the accepted offer, in accordance with our Shipping & Returns and Buyer Protection policies.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind.
Wantedrobe does not authenticate products.
Where available, Wanters may request third-party authentication. Authentication services are provided by independent providers arranged by the Fashion Sourcer.
All content, trademarks, logos, designs and software relating to Wantedrobe remain the property of Wantedrobe or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

Wantedrobe may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the safety and integrity of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wantedrobe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union legislation.
Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Greece unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
