Wantedrobe

Shipping &
Returns

Everything you need to know about
shipping, delivery times, tracking
and returns on Wantedrobe.

Once a Wanter accepts an offer, the Fashion Sourcer is responsible for receiving and inspecting the item before preparing and shipping it to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Mail or parcel forwarding services may not be used to ship an item directly to the Wanter. The item must first be delivered to the Fashion Sourcer for inspection.

01

Shipping

Before dispatch, the Fashion Sourcer must inspect the item and ensure its condition is accurately described to the Wanter. This includes checking the material and overall condition, colour and any fading or discolouration, odours, visible wear, marks, stains, damage, repairs or alterations, missing components, and any other relevant imperfections.

If the inspection reveals a material difference from the description or photographs in the accepted offer, the Fashion Sourcer must notify the Wanter through Wantedrobe, explain the difference, and offer the Wanter the option to cancel the order. The item may only be shipped if the Wanter agrees to proceed.

The Fashion Sourcer should dispatch the item within the agreed timeframe and provide tracking information through the Wantedrobe platform as soon as it becomes available.

Shipping costs, estimated delivery times and available shipping options are displayed during checkout.

02

International Shipping

International shipping is available where supported by the Fashion Sourcer and applicable shipping providers.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

03

Tracking Your Order

Once your item has been shipped, you'll receive a notification along with your tracking information through your Wantedrobe account.

04

Returns

Because every item on Wantedrobe is sourced specifically for an individual Wanter, returns are not accepted for change of mind.

Returns may be requested if an item is significantly different from the description or photographs provided in the accepted offer.

05

Items Not as Described

If you believe your item is significantly different from the description, photographs or condition presented in the accepted offer, please contact us through the Wantedrobe platform as soon as possible.

We'll review the information provided by both parties and work towards a fair resolution in accordance with our Buyer Protection policy.

Examples include:

  • The wrong item was received.
  • The item's condition is significantly different from the description.
  • Undisclosed damage or defects.
  • The item is found to be counterfeit or fails third-party authentication when authentication was requested as part of the transaction.
